“This a pure scam... I wish I had read previous 1 star comment one year ago.... I had same experience with other reviewer ...Too late as I already lost my hard earn money...a expensive lesson to learn.
I think the contract has a major flaw. There is no stated liability of breach the contract. It is totally different from what is promised by CHS on the phone. On the phone, the sales person said I could get my money back if property not rented. Actually there is no mention of money back in the contract. instead, It says I can cancel the service during the membership period if not satisfied... Go figure.”

SCAM!!! The absolute worst company! I was told this originally that this was a NO RISK, GUARANTEED deal. After paying them thousands of dollars and a year of waiting I seen $0 from them in return. They’ve only sent six offers, all of which are so specific there is never any availability. I have no control over the situation and I’m stuck accepting the loss of my hard earned money. I called customer service and asked for the person in charge. I was then transferred to a guy named Rodney Douglas. He said there was nothing he could do to help so I asked for his supervisor. He then said “there is NO ONE over me. I then asked, so you’re the top guy, CEO, President, etc.” He said yes and insisted there was no one higher to speak with.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

BEWARE, this is not the company in Ohio. There in Florida and they will take your money, lead you along with bogus offers. You will loose your investment and you won't make any profit while your doing all the work while there jerking you around. Beware and do you homework.”
“After getting off the phone with these guys, and being transferred around a few times, I'm left to believe this is a scam. CHS cold calls you, claims to find "guaranteed" renters for your timeshare getaways, then puts you on hold to confirm those renters (makes it feel real) and comes back saying they have the paperwork ready to go, they just need your credit card. They refused to send me any information without me first giving my credit card over the phone. And they're the ones who called me.
I almost bought into it because of the reviews on this site, and because (cleverly) there's another "Corporate Housing Systems" company in Ohio that has an A+ BBB rating. But this CHS from Florida isn't on BBB. Looking more closely, all the other reviews here sound a bit too "generic", I would question their authenticity. They're also all within the same 2 month period (around April-May 2020) which seems suspect.”
“I was a little worried about everything I'd say about 2 to 3 months into my contract with them. Their customer service is great and was able to help me out with all of my questions and worries. Glad I listened to them since 2 of my weeks have been rented out so far and I have 2 left that they are working on. Looking forward to getting the other 2 handled soon.”
