Here's my little story - though I had a chance to match best color by using their samples, I ordered wrong color anyway. This is totally on me. Customer service nicely handled the situation and I ended up with new order and a return. Granted - I had to pay for shipping it back.
New one arrived, watched their video a few times, installed it and voila - I now have an awesome fix to my melting (Lexus!) dash!

“If I could give this company a no star I would I orders door panels for a 94 Chevy OBS Silverado 1500 and they did not fit at all. The bezel for the electric windows would not go in and I sent many pictures in and customer service acted like it was rocket science to put a door panels on saying I didn’t have it pushed in all the way in the correct spots when it could not be do to it not being made correct. The holes did not line up it fought me the whole way and so did customer service for (3) days trying to explain they didn’t fit and I would have like to exchange them for some that did fit maybe I got some that were lemons but after going back and forth threw emails for days I no longer want to deal with coverlay again. Also with me installing the door panel the paint was already coming off of them so how would they do after months or years?!”

We apologized for this issue. It was discovered that we had sent a faulty door panel where the switch cut-out was not correct. After inspecting, we reached out to the customer to let them know there was an issue with the panels and offered them a full refund or a replacement. They chose the replacement, and as far as we know, we have not heard back from them. - Customer Service Team.

“The dashboard in my 1991 GMC "Squarebody" Crew Cab Dually was looking pretty janky and I'd heard good things about Coverlay. I was out on a road trip and decided to drop in to their factory to pick it up instead of having it shipped up to Vancouver Island, Canada. Cindy, Lisa and the team at Coverlay were excellent to deal with and San Angelo is a beautiful West Texas city. I was driving in my travel van and I had wrapped the dashboard in a blanket and stowed it in the cargo area underneath the fold-down bed. It was in there pretty tight. When I got home, I found that my load shifted and the dashboard had gotten squeezed between my tool box and the wheel well. When I unwrapped it, I found it to be in perfect condition. This product is very resilient and resistant to stress. I did a test fit and I had it in place in a few short minutes. I chose not to silicone it in place because I have yet to replace the dash speakers. It's been like that for five months; it's a perfect fit and without it being glued down it doesn't shift or rattle at all. The colour is a perfect match and I'm 100% satisfied.

“First, we are extremely pleased with the final installed product. Love the color (which was our greatest concern) and the finish of the cover.
Getting to the "final" required 3 covers and the customer service could not have been better: courteous and prompt, easy verification of the problems with no dickering. We learned that each cover is made to order and sent. The turnaround time, from TX to CA no less, was excellent. Packing was excellent.
The new pricing makes the product even more attractive.
We covered a Lexus RX-330 dash whose dash cracked AFTER the extended warranty because we ALWAYS put up the sun shade when we park outside. (In other words, we're VERY attentive to our cars' maintenance and appearance.) As a note, the RX-330 dash cover is not an easy install because of its shape - definitely a two person job.

“I purchased a dash cover from you a few weeks ago and did the install today. It was for a 96 Chevy S10 dark blue color. I can't remember the womans name that called to verify my order but she was very nice and informed me that the item was to fit a Blazer of the same year and wasn't sure if the S10 Pickup and Blazer were the same. I was 99% sure they were - she said if it didn't fit to let her know and I could return it. Well I installed this morning and it is currently curing but the fit and instructions were great.
