“not recieved yet how can i review it turned out that the post office had not let a slip to alert us of the need to pick up the parcel as we were not home on the day of delivery. Five star for coverworld for following this up for us. Thank you very much lorna”

Hi Lorna, I have looked into this for you. Your order had an attempted delivery on the 20th of Oct. As there was no one in attendance to sign for the delivery, it was taken to the Palmerston Post Office and has been awaiting collection. I am not sure why your local courier did not leave a collection card for you. I'm truly sorry for this over sight on their behalf. I have left you a message and will also email you a copy of the tracking link, showing it is awaiting collection. Kind regards, Anne

“I am very happy with the tonneau cover but unfortunately the aluminium strip was bent out of shape when received. I did manage to straighten it out a little but far from perfect as by the photo you can see a gap between the headboard and the aluminium strip”
