“Spoke to someone yesterday as they don’t fit and am verrry upset ? What’s the solution? Trying to come to you today if I can to sort out and if you do that amount all over the country then what’s the solution for my car? You know your business ? Should I find a solution ?”

“I am disappointed with the quality of the covers. They are lighter and less padded than most cheaper versions of velour. While technically they fit, there is a lot of stretch material exposed which is disappointing. When I look at the lining it really isn't any better than a cheaper version so it really isn't protecting my leather seats.”

“The quality/material of the car seat covers are not as described. They ones we purchased are not good for QLD hot weather. I wanted to return the straight after sitting on them for 10 minutes with the aircon on in the car. No return policy is ridiculous especially when it is a standard popular model. I understand they are made to order but you would sell a large amount of these particular ones.”

“One of the seats came with a tear in the seat part, right on the seam where you get in and out of the car. I have had to ask a friend to sew it with her machine which was very annoying but it was better than the inconvenience of sending it back. The velcro strips on the back of the seat cover are not long enough and therefore do not hold together. I struggled to pull them together, just for it come undone everytime. Very disappointed with the make of the car seats.”

“Not happy ! One week after receiving my seat covers autobahn are selling the same item for half the price !!!! I think I deserve a refund for half !”

Hello Geoff, Thank you for posting your review and comments. I have taken a look at the Autobarn Website to determine if the product you purchased from us was the same as the one on sale. Although the seat covers look the same, you have ordered Kakadu Canvas, not Tradie Canvas, as advertised on their website. The big difference being that the Kakadu Canvas you have purchased has a foam backing and Neotex Stretch fabric around the skirting and the back of the seat. The Tradie Canvas is an all over Canvas (no stretch fabric) and has no foam backing at all. We also sell the Tradie Canvas version on our site. I hope that this clarification has made sense. Don’t hesitate to ask for further clarification or information if required.
