One of the seats came with a tear in the seat part, right on the seam where you get in and out of the car. I have had to ask a friend to sew it with her machine which was very annoying but it was better than the inconvenience of sending it back. The velcro strips on the back of the seat cover are not long enough and therefore do not hold together. I struggled to pull them together, just for it come undone everytime. Very disappointed with the make of the car seats.
