“DO NOT BUY!. Disappointingly, I found a shard of material that could have caused some damage as it was sharp, and long but narrow enough to easily slip through most shaker filters (if one was there). Understanding this can happen from time to time, I reached out via Facebook to alert them to them of this. Unfortunately after a week, I heard nothing back so emailed them via their contact us page. Again, no response. Through concern, and lack of assurance or ownership, I've not drank anymore. I've now claimed via PayPal to return the product and now unsurprisingly, no contact so will wait until 28th October for a decision by Paypal”
