No refund and no return of my product.

I contacted the company to ask what could be done — whether a repair, exchange or refund was possible — but because of the time that had passed since purchase, I was told that nothing could be done.

ordered a phone and 2 months of wrong items delivered, returned, phone-calls, emails, then silence, incompetence and lies and nonsense - one of the most bizarre orders I've ever had to misfortune to be involved in - & just been told that the item isn't available, but they can't refund my money as the order is processed ........- Currys is an absolute sham company

As a result, I submitted a claim for a refund and return of the item, but this request has just been ignored also.

The only option offered by Currys Business was to arrange collection from a one of their 'business hubs' located some 10 miles away! When I told them this was not logistically possible they told me the only option was to arrange a refund.

Took it back to store to be told there was no exchange or refund as the packaging had been opened! Was then told that I should have tried it on in store…it was a surprise gift!! They then offered £64 for it (£229 paid 2 days before) Absolutely disgusted and now stuck with a watch that doesn’t fit and over £200 out of pocket! Curry’s you should be ashamed of yourselves, absolute theft 😡😡 At the very least you should be telling your staff to make sure the customer knows before they buy, if it was bought online there would have been no problem!! Please explain the difference and make it make sense.

Under the consumer act, I have the right to request for a refund or replacement if a repair hasn’t been successful.
