“For customer service, I give Customon zero stars and I will never purchase something from Customon again. The white lettering on the red apron appeared pink and I didn't want pink lettering, I wanted the white lettering that was advertised on the website.
Within a week of receiving the apron, I called Cusomon several times and they never answered their phone. I left a voice message and emailed them my complaint- no response. Customon advertised a return policy within the first 30 days after purchase if not satisfied and my messages stated I was not satisfied with their product. I never received a response. Now 5 months later, I receive an email to review the product. My recommendation is to not purchase products from Customon because they do not follow through on their return/exhange policy promise.”
