“I purchased a pair of bib tights in August 2021. Began wearing them in October, and then noticed in Jan that there were some rips appearing in the straps, and around the reflective band around the ankles. I was informed that the tights had a year's guarantee and was advised to continue to wear then until around March (better weather), upon which I was to send them back to the shop for a warranty claim with Castelli. When March arrived on numerous occasions to re-establish contact, but now no reply to emails, phone calls, messages etc. After weeks of trying I had to go to their parent company J's Cycle shack, who eventually send me a new pair, as a 'goodwill' gesture, and even that took 8 weeks.”
