“DONT BOOK THIS TAXI,THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR BOOKED TIME AND WE NEARLY MISSED OUR FLIGHTS! We booked this taxi return way from Antlaya airport to the hotel and back. Driver was already late for pick up- claiming it was traffic but there was none and other people's taxis were there on time waiting with the name tag. But that was ok,we were not in a hurry. However, we booked this taxi to take us back from our hotel to the airport for 5.15am . Nobody showed up. After 10 min we decided it was time to call them. Nobody was picking up. Called and messaged on what's up. When somebody finally answered they said they can't reach the driver and to book ourselves another taxi. Just like that. We were in Turkey,last day of holidays,no cash on us. By the time we booked another taxi almost 1 hour passed and the taxi wanted cash only which we did not have. I called damataxi again and they said they can send another driver which finally arrived 1 hour later then booked. It was the most stressful day of my life - not knowing if we are going to make the flight. Travelling with 3 children. Travel insurance does not cover if the driver simply does not show up and new flight would cost us £650 per person - it was 5 of us! DONT TAKE THAT RISK AND BOOK Reliable COMPANY THAT WILL SHOW ON TIME! Not to mentioned that when I complained I was simply ignored.”

“Worst experience ever! Driver took other people in airport, did't check names and address. So, we came out from airport in Alanya and did't have transfer. We called Damataxi, no answer. Transfer was pre-paid, I massage in Whatsapp many times to take my money back. They promise to refund, but still nothing!”

“I booked for a taxi for 245pm and they arrived at 245am even though they knew my flight was living at 5:00pm. They arrived 14 hours earlier than they should. Result: cost for no service but lost a customer. I would not use this service again.”

“Сначала думала напишу хороший отзыв, но не тут то оказалось.. Прилетели в Стамбул, водитель нас забрал и довез до отеля. Машина чистая и комфортабельная. Отдаю деньги, жду сдачу. Что-то бормочет на турецком. Ни по английски, ни по русски не разговаривает. Через переводчик, нагло просит оставить ему сдачу в 20 евро, так как у него нет денег с собой. Спрашиваю, можно ли эти деньги оставить на следующую поездку уже до аэропорта, в ответ - нет. Думаю, пофиг ладно, но все же неприятно. Ни предупреждения, ничего не было. Связалась с менеджером, они сказали, что просто им очень жаль, что так произошло. Ситуацию не прояснили. Сказали, что с водителем проведут беседу и на этом все и что в следующий раз обязательно убедятся, что у водителя будет сдача и они обязательно это проконтролируют. За день до отлёта, приходит сообщение от менеджера о подтверждении поездки. Подтверждаю и потом я спрашиваю, во сколько подъедет сам водитель. Пишет, что в 15:15. А у нас вылет в это время, хорошо, что спросила))) Опять идут извинения никчемные) День вылета. Забирает нас водитель, доезжаем до аэропорта. Водитель демонстративно показывает, что у него нет сдачи просто садится в машину и уезжает. Если нужно такси, закажите через убер и то дешевле будет. Здесь с вас сдерут деньги нормально так, думая, что туристы тупенькие)”
