“I had to pay €23 in taxes, I do not understand why. Monaco is an associate member of the EU because it has a Port and heliport entry into Europe, it pays and collects VAT at the same rate as France. Also, I ordered the Caliburn Evo Dart Points, I assumed that they would be already fitted rather than just come in a packed. You should explain this is not the case”
