“Nearly 3 weeks and the order hasn’t arrived. Mailed customer services twice. No answer to latest update request. Seems a strange approach, as someone who orders flights and stems probably plays with other darts players and clubs and probably tells them about their experience.”

“I received my REACH pair of arm sleeves OK, but instead of sending just the "O" ring applicator in brass you sent with it 2 packets with only 6 "O" rings in each. You didn't send the Rubber O Rings with 10 sets (30) in a packet for which I ordered 2 Sets, and they weren't in the packet you sent.”
