Service was ok at best. Had issue with size of product and return was easy but you have a restocking fee and they dont refund shipping. While I understand the policy it still leave me out 20 bucks. Will not look at this company again in the future.

We purchased this bag as a Christmas gift for my father, but had a delivery issue with Fedex that resulted in our backpack being stolen. Nina at Day Owl was so kind and did a wonderful job helping us resolve the issue and rapidly sent us a replacement in time for Christmas! Truly above and beyond customer service, and the backpack itself is phenomenal. 10 out of 5 stars!

Great customer service from Nina! She responded to my question about sizing really quickly and retroactively applied my new customer 10% discount when I mentioned that I had forgotten to use my code.
