“Absolutely beautiful, the engraving was even nicer than I had anticipated. Also the delivery was fast. Felt like I just ordered the pen ( I'm from Canada ) and the next day it was here. What made the the shopping experience even better was the feedback and checking in by the staff to say thank you you and to see if I had recieved it. Also to ask if there was anything more to make my shopping experience even better than it already was. I know for sure our twins will be graduating this year and I know where I'll be shopping to get their presents from. I know they will not be disappointed, Dayspring has a fantastic selection of items to choose from. Thank you Daysprings, from one very happy customer from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.”

“I had made an error on my custom engraving order for a right handed. That evening I sent an email asking for it to be changed to left handed. The next morning at 6:30 AM my time I received a phone call that they got my email and corrected the order. They were so pleasant. I also asked that no pricing be included in the shipment because it was being shipped as a birthday gift. They complied with all my requests and the recipient received the gift earlier than expected. What excellent customer service in a day when it hardly exists! It was a pleasure doing business with them!”

“One set had significant scratches on it. You did replace it but it doesn't take away the fact that you sent it to me with scratches on it. This is a x-mas gift....scratches are unacceptable. The replacement set is ok.”

“I found the pen refills that I needed for my Cross pens at Dayspring. I have had my pens for years and appreciate their quality and endurance. Finding that Dayspring carried the refills when local businesses here did not was good news. My order was received quickly and well packaged. I intend to do further business with Dayspring. As a customer, I appreciate courtesy and good service. Dayspring provides both.”
