“Great product with good customer service. Has good heavy feel-the nib is exchangeable. The set was very nice quality. My package arrived earlier than expected, which is always a plus. I'm very happy with my order!”

“I found the pen refills that I needed for my Cross pens at Dayspring. I have had my pens for years and appreciate their quality and endurance. Finding that Dayspring carried the refills when local businesses here did not was good news. My order was received quickly and well packaged. I intend to do further business with Dayspring. As a customer, I appreciate courtesy and good service. Dayspring provides both.”

“The Dayspring staff was great, prompt and helpful. The fountain pen was a bit disappointing as the ink did not flow easily and the nib tended to not be as smooth as hoped. Perhaps a roller ball pen with good quality ink would be smoother but I am glad to finally have a genuine fountain pen at a reasonable price.”

“I had made an error on my custom engraving order for a right handed. That evening I sent an email asking for it to be changed to left handed. The next morning at 6:30 AM my time I received a phone call that they got my email and corrected the order. They were so pleasant. I also asked that no pricing be included in the shipment because it was being shipped as a birthday gift. They complied with all my requests and the recipient received the gift earlier than expected. What excellent customer service in a day when it hardly exists! It was a pleasure doing business with them!”
