“The ordering was very easy and straightforward to understand. In the past, I ordered a product and customer service reached out before it was printed to suggest that there might be an issue. This time around the order was processed super quickly and everything turned out well. I have much confidence in your customer service team.....which in my opinion is just as important as the product itself. Likewise, I had a slight issue ordering, and your CS team handled it quickly and efficiently. It is always appreciated to have support reach out quick and also understand the issue.”

“Absolutely beautiful, the engraving was even nicer than I had anticipated. Also the delivery was fast. Felt like I just ordered the pen ( I'm from Canada ) and the next day it was here. What made the the shopping experience even better was the feedback and checking in by the staff to say thank you you and to see if I had recieved it. Also to ask if there was anything more to make my shopping experience even better than it already was. I know for sure our twins will be graduating this year and I know where I'll be shopping to get their presents from.
