“DCBL were singularly inept. Between Sept 2025 and March 2026, they attended the debtor only twice and both without result. Our information about assets and best days and times to attend to seize assets were ignored. Their reporting back to us and general communications were woeful. We terminated our engagement with them and appointed another bailiff.”
“WASTE OF TIME! They don't have the power to enforce anything. I have a CCJ against a company that owes me wages. When DCBL attended the address, the debtor opened the door, claimed to be a different company, refused them entry, and said they had no lease documents to provide. DCBL now can't do anything, so basically, unless the debtor is fully cooperative and agrees to pay, there is nothing they can actually do. A complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend them at all.”

We were going down the avenue of small claims court when we had the good fortune of coming across dcbl . We found them to be very professional and courteous they took on our case against the dealer and we are happy to say recovered our money . These guys and there team are amazing . I would recommend them to any one trying to recover funds . Thanks guys”
“Absolute shambles of a company and experience. They do not go to debtors on regular basis, they will not go out of hours when debtors are at work, they will not go to debtors place of work when they know they're there, the communication from the office is atrocious, the office dont follow up when debtors don't pay. They take your money, tell you they will take 10% for services but leave out the detail they will steal 50% of the first few incomes from debtor until their fees are covered and when debtor dont pay final few, you cant get hold of them. Absolute bandits.”
“This happened to our company in 2015, exactly same thing paid them £3000 + Vat up front costs and never had as much as one response from them after they cashed the cheque..The guy who originally turned up was a dead ringer for Rambo and about 7 feet tall..Complete sham; Stay well clear of this company. All false promises.”
