Good communication with DC Law, kept us informed of all the process throughout the sale of our property. Reasonable price for completing the sale of property, no add on, price they provide is what you pay. Staff are thorough ensuring every detail of selling your home is covered. Would recommend DC Law and would definitely use again. Thankyou to Aishah and Nasreen for all your guidance and support

Returns Process - Difficult

1 star is 1 to many! AVOID!!!! We were told we had to use them as part of purple bricks agreement, so I wouldn’t use them either! Lily Irvine has no communication or organising skills what do ever. Never returns calls, answers emails and requests information she has already had! I have read DC Law are rubbish employers and do not support staff, if this is the case I do feel sorry for staff however your integrity is yours!

Refunds - Difficult

AT THE MOMENT BATTLING WITH THEM TO GET A REFUND OF 2,000 POUNDS RADON BOND DUE TO ME IN SEPTEMBER, BUT I EXPECT NOT TO RECIEVE THIS, WHICH I THINK IS PROBABLY ILLEGAL.

They agreed to refund but can't give me a date when I can get back the money as their account department can't access to email and phone calls as well.

Do not use. Absolutely appalling service. Been stuck in limbo for 10 months now. Ive moved out of my property and into a rental and am now paying a mortgage and rent. The completion date keeps moving time after time. They lose documents and raise further enquiries the day before completion. My mental health and my finances are taking a real battering.
