“I was very disappointed with the service provide
This was planned in advance and I had reiterated several times the service we wanted
I had requested a 90 minute massage (for my sister on her birthday) and a 60 minute pregnancy massage which was for me - to be provided simultaneously
I told the masseuse my sister required the 90 minute massage - she said she could only do 60 mins as she was picking her son up and she was wasn’t trained in pregnancy massages. So my sister, on her birthday, had to have half an hour less.
I was asked to provide towels - surely this is something that should be provided by the staff?
The second masseuse turned up over 20 minutes late, disappointing considering the point of paying for 2 masseuses was so that me and my sister could have massages done together, but unfortunately this didn’t happen.
I had to use my own pillows for my pregnancy massage
Neither masseuses used any relaxing music and I had my massage in broad daylight despite having curtains in my dining room - I should have thought but surely the professional should have thought about this before starting the massage?
Given she was late it all felt very rushed
For over £200 I expected a MUCH better service
I don’t earn much money and this was a massive treat for my sister’s birthday

“I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and my masseuse did not disappoint! She did some traditional massage techniques along with stretching and back walking, all was fantastic. Writing this review makes me want to call and book another! Great service and they were able to get me an appointment on the same day I called.
