It really didn't do what I was expecting of it. To keep the floss on the gadget tight enough to do the job, I would have to use up more floss than I would normally. It won't get used by me, not recommended.

I submitted a review yesterday (30/10) and told you I had not received my order. I finally received my tablets today and I wish to complain in the strongest terms about the delivery. The package was delivered to the wrong person, living on the other side of the city. Not only did he pay the duty on my package, but he drove over to my house to deliver it. Also, I was not informed that there would be fees to be paid on this package. This is simply unacceptable. I will not be ordering from your company again. Finola Flynn

I am absolutely disgusted by your service. Despite 2 emails to your company I have not received my order and neither have I had a reply to my emails. Hopefully my order will be delivered soon

This company are an absolute disgrace, i received an envelope with 2 tubes of expensive fixative in, the envelope had been torn wide open, one of the tubes had been tampered with, which i class as a hazard and refuse to use, i cannot believe Royal Mail would even consider delivering it in this state, i sent several emails to the company showing photos and demanding they change the items, they NEVER REPLIED TO ANY OF MY MAILS, in the end i got nasty with them via email and still no reply, i see on there webpage they state " NO QUIBBLE RETURN POLICY" That is totally false advertising because they obviously do not accept any complaints, i feel i have been cheated and wasted my £13 which i think is totally unacceptable, i had a valid complaint, photos to back this up, notified customer services numerous times and just wanted the items changed, not a refund, i am 73 years old and seeing the tube had been tampered with did not know if someone may have injected something in there as the world is now full of some weird people and was not going to take any chances, please do not write back and say emails never sent as i have copies of them, i think 19 in all!!!!

I have checked our email system and cannot find an email from you from the email address that we have on your account (you may have changed this). I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the delivery of your order, we take every effort to pack the orders so that royal Mail can deliver these safely to you, but in this case, it does appear that both Dent-O-Care and Royal Mail have failed on this occasion. All overseas orders are sent via the Royal Mail overseas tracked service and although Royal Mail will hand this over to the destination country in a timely manner, delays can occur when items go through the country postal service. Royal Mail shows that this can take between 7 – 10 working days for delivery to be attempted. Please rest assured that your order has been despatched and is on its way. Very disappointed. I ordered six packets of interdental brushes. Received just one packet with an invoice for six. Have rung up but not yet received the outstanding 5 packets. I wait.

It still has yet to arrive. Keep being told to wait. I have emailed and called and yet still nothing has been done. This order was placed on the 6/08/2021 and 2 weeks later still nothing. Thanks for asking me to write a review on an order I haven’t even received.

Dear Olga, Thank you for your feedback on our products or services. When orders are placed outside of the UK there are longer than normal transit times, in this case, 7 business days to get to the destination country, then there are the transit times for the country postal service.
