VERY DISAPPOINTED AS MY ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS THEY SENT IT ON 4TH JULY BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED TO ME WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to review our services. We entrust Royal Mail to deliver goods on our behalf and sometimes they don’t always get it right, sending a parcel tracked with Royal Mail incurs an additional £2.85 for this service, a charge we believe customers are unwilling to pay for an order of this size. Consequently, we use the 2nd class service, which is usually 3-5 working days however the Royal Mail do advise that deliveries can take between 10-14 working days. We appreciate that this can be frustrating for customers however this is a matter outside of our control. We are currently reviewing our transport services and my soon have additional services that we can offer for deliveries. As advertised on their. Website, I purchased Arm & Hammer Repair Pro Enamel toothpaste. The package contained an invoice for the Pro Enamel but the actual toothpaste was just Repair Enamel -not Pro. Emailed sales to ask for their comment…no reply. Poor service and misleading advertisement.

Do not buy from here. I made order £32 and received only half of my order and they charged me for the unavailable items as well. I checked my account.I been waiting 10 days for my order to arrive. Emailed them but no answer. Really disappointed.

Part of my order was out of stock but they shipped what they had without discussion. When I queried this they said they had mailed me but I had not received it. Funny I got all their other mails including one encouraging me to write this review of the product they failed to deliver.

Good products but hopeless customer care. I ordered online and paid for next delivery. Some goods arrived 10 days later but not completed order. No explanation despite my repeated emails asking what’s going on. Eventually someone agreed to refund the next day delivery charge. Looking at my bank I see further funds have been taken from me without explanation or permission. Dreadful. I will order from different supplier next time. Show me how much my opinion counts to you...respond to me. I bet you won’t

I have used the paste of the same name for Years with a denture liner. So when I saw this liner I thought it would be really good. But sadly not. As it had an awful taste, it seeped out onto the rest of my dentures so just didn’t work.

I paid for next day courier delivery, I did get my goods delivered by courier but it took a couple of days , I would have received my order just as quick with normal delivery so anyone thinking of paying extra to get speedy delivery don’t bother save your money because Dent-O-Care don’t do what they promise.
