“I ordered MI paste Plus from Dentocare and paid extra for the next day delivery. I was quite cross when it didn’t arrive and I had no response to my e-mail asking what had happened to it. So I phoned Dentocare and spoke to Laura. Whatever the company is paying her, they should double it. Not only did she calm me down and found that my e- mail had somehow gone into their junk folder but took such trouble to see that the order was fulfilled and the extra fee I had paid for next day delivery refunded that I was left with a completely positive view of Dentocare.”
