Took much longer than I was expecting to receive my order so my son was without orthodontic products for nearly a week.

Unfortunately, as this corresponded with the Easter period, this may have caused some delays with the delivery of your order. Very happy with the service and prompt delivery. Only comment is that regarding the discount code there is not any Information regarding when it is issued or how a loyal customer applies for the code. I have been a loyal customer for years but have never been given a code or asked to apply for one.

Do not buy from here. I made order £32 and received only half of my order and they charged me for the unavailable items as well. I checked my account.I been waiting 10 days for my order to arrive. Emailed them but no answer. Really disappointed.

Advised against using denture cleaning products containing bleach, I found it difficult to find a product up to the job, especially as I drink strong tea. Numerous unsuitable purchases along, I was starting to despair until I happened upon the Dentocare product "Secure". All I can say is the very short epithet WOW! It outshines every other product I have tried. Delivery of said purchase was quick, considering I ordered just before the Easter break. Very, very pleased and will be back again.

Part of my order was out of stock but they shipped what they had without discussion. When I queried this they said they had mailed me but I had not received it. Funny I got all their other mails including one encouraging me to write this review of the product they failed to deliver.
