the product discription is very good the onely weak thing no mention whether the price is for is per individual item or a pack containg six in a pack? Hence the small order I placed with you

This company are an absolute disgrace, i received an envelope with 2 tubes of expensive fixative in, the envelope had been torn wide open, one of the tubes had been tampered with, which i class as a hazard and refuse to use, i cannot believe Royal Mail would even consider delivering it in this state, i sent several emails to the company showing photos and demanding they change the items, they NEVER REPLIED TO ANY OF MY MAILS, in the end i got nasty with them via email and still no reply, i see on there webpage they state " NO QUIBBLE RETURN POLICY" That is totally false advertising because they obviously do not accept any complaints, i feel i have been cheated and wasted my £13 which i think is totally unacceptable, i had a valid complaint, photos to back this up, notified customer services numerous times and just wanted the items changed, not a refund, i am 73 years old and seeing the tube had been tampered with did not know if someone may have injected something in there as the world is now full of some weird people and was not going to take any chances, please do not write back and say emails never sent as i have copies of them, i think 19 in all!!!!

I have checked our email system and cannot find an email from you from the email address that we have on your account (you may have changed this). I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the delivery of your order, we take every effort to pack the orders so that royal Mail can deliver these safely to you, but in this case, it does appear that both Dent-O-Care and Royal Mail have failed on this occasion. Product good although price has risen a lot since my previous purchase. New sticks came in a lot of packaging; is it all essential?

Always prompt service- well packaged - the ONLY mouthwash that doesn't make my teeth brown and is so effective if I get a sore tooth or gums.

Hello Ana, Thank you for your review. We have taken a look at our records and can see that your order was shipped on the 24th of September by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. You should have received this by now. As this is not the case, we can only assume that the parcel has been lost by Royal Mail.
