“To be honest with you disappointed, I placed an order with you on Thursday night and paid for next day delivery because I thought that second-class delivery from Royal mail would be too long only to find out that my product left you on the Friday and I got it on the Monday as your next day delivery doesn’t include weekends this wasn’t mentioned at the time of order. Maybe I should’ve gone second-class Royal mail and saved myself some money, or even still got it from Amazon who would’ve delivered it the following day.”

“I live in the UK, but wanted to send some Dent-o-care products (Gengigel) to my parents in India. It took some time for the shipment to reach, but it did arrive in good condition, and my mother is happy with the product. The only reason to dock a star is because I had written to the sales team on September 13th to get an idea of the reason for delay in shipment and an estimated time of arrival (I completely understand there will be delays in international shipping in the middle of a pandemic, and it wasn't a complaint email, but one seeking information) and never did receive a reply (I checked my spam folder before writing this review, just in case). Anyway, the shipment eventually reached its destination on September 22nd. Thanks.”

“Generally VG service, but I do have persistent problems ordering from the website. I tend to order the same products ~3-4 times/year, so I'm familiar with their precise descriptions and SKU numbers. But I occasionally experience frustration from being unable to find them straightforwardly, sometimes having to resort to scrolling through pages of search results and scrutinising small images to find what I want - and there is usually no indication that an item is missing because it is out of stock or discontinued rather than because I simply cannot find it. I recently received some items I had ordered using a search based on the precise wording from the packaging from a previous order, but they were the wrong items - I can use them, but they are not what I wanted and it would be too much hassle to return them for a refund.”

“Expensive and won't last long as the red tip starts to curl after just one week's use making it difficult to insert where teeth are closer together. Bring back book the long version of the interdental brush please, these were the best”
