“Hi I paid for 3x300ml Ginigel and received 3x150ml. Delivery was also inadequate. I have emailed customer services twice regarding this and have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Thanks Malcolm”

All overseas orders are sent via the Royal Mail overseas tracked service and although Royal Mail will hand this over to the destination country in a timely manner, delays can occur when items go through the country postal service. Royal Mail shows that this can take between 7 – 10 working days for delivery to be attempted. Please rest assured that your order has been despatched and is on its way.
