“It still has yet to arrive. Keep being told to wait. I have emailed and called and yet still nothing has been done. This order was placed on the 6/08/2021 and 2 weeks later still nothing. Thanks for asking me to write a review on an order I haven’t even received.”

“As ever, very pleased. I am a long-term customer who buys all dental products from Dentocare, from mouthwash to tape. This particular order was to stock up on TePe compact brushes for my 4 dogs: all those enormous teeth take a lot of work and go through a lot of brushes. The cost would be outrageous if I didn't know about Dentocare and their swift delivery. Now - if only they sold the poultry-flavoured canine toothpaste, I would have it made.... Cheers, Dentocare!”

Dear Olga, Thank you for your feedback on our products or services. When orders are placed outside of the UK there are longer than normal transit times, in this case, 7 business days to get to the destination country, then there are the transit times for the country postal service. I can see that according to Royal Mail your parcel has landed in the destination country today (16th August). Kind Regards Dave Ellery – Customer Services Manager

“It would have been helpful to have a notification of a delivery date. I had an email but there wasn't a tracking N*. A good thing I have friends in the house who collected the parcel. The product is very good, recommended by my dental hygienist.”
