“Managed to find what I wanted and received the brushes very quickly. Why only 4 star? It is because what I wanted had been discontinued and there was no pointer on the site as to what had replaced it. Only by persistence did I find the replacement!”

“The toothbrushes I received was not the brushes I ordered. The ones I received was an acceptable alternative at the same price. It would have been nice to have been asked if I would accept the alternative.”

“Dent-O-Care does not answer the emails (I sent several) to the Customer Services. Did not even get acknowledgement! - Charged for Postage, when the Website states that it is free if ordered more that 6 items. Very bad Customer Service. - I cannot understand why reputable organisation wants to cheat their customers.”

“I found the website and ordering process to be very good and the product which I was already familiar with also. My complaint is with the cost of carriage. Considering that the order took an entire week to arrive here, the cost of £7.08 is unacceptable. Either the delivery time is within 48 hours (cf. John Lewis) or less, ie. commensurate with the cost, or a much longer time at a far lower cost. Dentocare products are hardly urgent so why is carriage so expensive ?”

“I use this as recommended by the dental hospital. I have to use this 3 times per day because as soon as it is in contact with hot food or liquids it loses its effect. Also the amount in tubes seems to have decreased over time. There is no weight/volume indication.”
