“I placed an order to which only 2 items arrived, no indication that the other items where out of stock. Even on the email it contained the items. But when arrived was not there. I placed the order so I could get the offer of 25% off. But because with items not being available, did not spend enough to get the discount. Its really not good enough,”

Dear Lesley, Thank you for taking the time to review our products or services. Sometimes when orders are placed we may not always have the quantity requested or item ordered in stock due to demand and other orders placed. In instances, like this, we do let customers know via email how we have proceeded with their order and if this is being sent as what is available or cancelling the order due to lengthy delays in us receiving the stock. Unfortunate some of our emails do go into spam or junk folders but I can confirm that we sent an email with regards to the status of your order on 29th June with an update on your order. “I’ve always liked these. Just wish they were a bit stronger as they seem to bend too easily and therefore can’t get as much use out of them as I think we should Be able to. But I think they are one of the best on the market.”

“I have used Dentocare for many years after being referred to them by a denturist originally. Good delivery. The products I use are excellent the adhesive keeps the bottom denture in place all day and the soaking tablet works wonders to remove the adhesive. One hundred percent recommend this company and the products.”

“In the first place, received order promptly and my purchase was competitively priced. Further, I experienced exceptional service when I had a phone call to advise that the stock of the item I had ordered only had 6 months before use-by date expiry, and therefore, did I want to cancel. If not, would give a 10% discount. I knew I would use within the timeframe, and said so. Happy to say I still received the discount.”
