“The discs did not suit me. I mainly have trouble with a dry mouth at night but found sticking the tab to my gums was very distracting and kept me awake. I also found that it made me salivate too much so I had to keep swallowing. Not for me.”

“It felt a bit odd at first after sticking the first one to my teeth but that soon passed. I found them very effective. I also tried them overnight and they were great. I think the only drawback is if your mouth and throat are extremely dry the xylimelts would be in almost constant use. This could prove to be a fairly expensive experience. I think it is probably worth it, if you have the money.”
