I have checked our system and can see that your order was shipped on the 15th of November via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. This should have reached you by now. As this is not the case, it can only be assumed that it has been misplaced or lost by Royal Mail. “It really didn't do what I was expecting of it. To keep the floss on the gadget tight enough to do the job, I would have to use up more floss than I would normally. It won't get used by me, not recommended.”

“Unfortunately your courier said my 100 yr old home didn’t exist and so I couldn’t get my order - no other delivery option was available for me so I had to get a refund. Disappointed.”
