On occasion, it is possible for some parcels to be mishandled/lost by Royal Mail during delivery. I have checked our records and can see that you have been issued a refund on this order. You should have received this by now. As this is not the case, it can only be assumed that it has unfortunately been lost by Royal Mail. “Ordered Wisdom Interdental cleaning brushes fine size. Have tried various other makes and sizes all to no avail. These are spot on, both my husband and I use them every night before bed. Will definitely be ordering more as required. Good service even over the Christmas period.”
