“I have purchased the item based on misleading delivery information stating that they can deliver on one-day delivery. However, after purchasing the item I came to know that I have to select a delivery date nearly 4 weeks after. I have requested to cancel the order immediately which was done after so much difficulty. I have tried contacting them on many occasions and after staying on the phone for 1 hour I managed to speak to them twice. Each time I was promised a refund will be done immediately. I have been trying to get a refund for more than a month. It’s a really bad operation where can not contact customer service, no email ID to send an email, telephone numbers have difficulties getting connected, live chat is mostly not available. I don't know why people leave a 5-star review and I suspect this. My order number #9700721450 for any reference”
