“Second time I have had this problem and looks like a common problem, Ive been waiting 10 weeks for delivery, the money has been taken, sent numerous emails and not one response or answer, awful customer service, no idea how to run mail.order, no wonder Fillipo wants to sever all ties with these people. I have run my boxing equipment company for 28 years and never treated customers this way, total lack of communication is not on and no understanding that a mail.order company has 28 days from taking money to delivery of purchase, unless an email or letter explaining the delay or offering a refund, I will never buy from them.again”
“I placed an order in April 2020, received the product, but in the wrong size. I have sent many emails but have never received any response, so I decided to contact Mr Filippo Di Nardo, who despite pointing out that clothing and equipment are two completely different types of management, as the equipment belongs to a Italian company and clothing to an English company, he did his utmost to help me and solve this problem by putting me in direct contact with one of the managers. Finally I can talk to a person, so I reassure myself as I had been promised to replace the product, but it is a pity that to date I have never received anything and not even a refund of the amount paid. I have two pairs of gloves made by Mr Filippo and a pair of shoes, today according to my personal experience, I can only say one thing, that, of Di Nardo, you have to buy only the equipment, as the service is something exceptional, neat, precise and scrupulous, managed directly by Mr Filippo himself, a Guarantee, but stay away from clothing, as in case of problems you will not be assisted.”
“Dinardo sportswear took 2 1/2 weeks to ship my order #1421 no one responded to my email for checking on the status of my order then they were missing one item and I have been trying to reach out to them but they just ignore all my emails. Now it’s almost been 4 weeks since and I’m about to file a dispute with my credit card company. All i wanted was a corespondent as far as what’s going on but nothing.”
“Sent me the wrong order, ignored me for 3 weeks. Want a refund and return postage refunded.
Don’t trust them to get future orders right from fulfilment centre or to deal with any problems if they do happen.

The owner of the company in Italy who make the gloves explained the clothing, etc is provided by a fulfilment company in UK. He apologised for the customer service and organised for a full refund including costs to return.
Upped to 3 stars, 5 stars for Filippo in Turin, but 1 star for the UK service. Hopefully the Fulfilment centre are now going to provide the customer service expected from Italy.”
