We’d like to follow up regarding your order. In the original request, the sample option was not selected. Since then, we’ve sent multiple messages through our ticket system. You responded twice, but your replies contained mixed instructions, including conflicting requests about the layout. After that, we did not receive any further communication from you.
Please note, this is your custom document, and our goal is to deliver exactly what you want. If we don’t hear back soon, we will proceed with the version that includes the Gold Seal, as you mentioned in one of your messages—even though the original order did not specify it.
Clear communication really helps us ensure your satisfaction. We encourage you to reach out—we offer toll-free phone support and live chat during business hours. Despite numerous emails and calls, we’re still committed to making you happy. However, creating a custom design without consistent feedback is extremely challenging.
For reference, the version we originally sent was accurate based on your submitted details. At this point, it feels more like a custom art project, which requires close collaboration.
