“Horribly lacking, non-responsive customer service, and no order delivered. I have been trying to discuss my order with Direct Office Supply for over a week now. The customer services number goes to VoiceMail; I have had 1 email confirming my email has been received, and my order enquiry will be addressed. I have been patient, but still, no follow up after 7 plus days. My product has not even been delivered. I am now contacting my credit card company to try to recover my monies back.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.”
