The store is usually messy and isles filled with carts so you cant get down the isles to shop. Just a thought you might want to hire nice and friendly people so people will want to come back.”
“There are 5 dollar general stores in my area. The store #18976 is terrible. Worst managed store I've ever seen. Every time I stop there,the day manager is sitting in her car,on her cell phone, smoking. There are several customers waiting in line, while one cashier is waiting on them,and vendor's waiting to be checked in. Tonight, I stopped and same thing with a different girl in charge. 17 people standing in line while the person in charge was out in her car smoking.The cashier was as upset as the customers,and I don't blame him. You need major management changes in this store.”
“A key holder refused to give me a refund for no reason and had an attitude after having to wait for her to actually help in the first place. Took her 20 minutes to help her cashier and she had an attitude. Her laziness should not be allowed.”
“There's just way to many issues with this company to even start naming them. Dollar General is the worst company ever they don't care about their customers or their employees.
