Store #12310 and my cashier name was Dayvon, he was very rude and disrespectful. I just started shopping here I downloaded the app and everything but I didn’t expect to have to deal with a rude employee. First of all I was walking around the front looking for him and he was outside on the phone, when he saw me he came back in the store still on the phone and he start to scan my items then I asked about the coupon $5 off he said that’s only on Saturdays, I put the wrong pin apparently so he started making faces to the girl behind and they both started to laugh. When I walked away he began to talk about me as I’m walking out the door to the customer and they started to laugh again. My visit to your location was below standard he should apologized for making me wait and then he started making comments it’s very unprofessional and he needs some more training on how to have a better attitude and how to treat customers.”

“I went to Rockwood mi dollar general store #15333. Richard was cashing me out & he was very rude & making negative comments about every customer coming in the store. First he tells me he should charge extra to use a scan gun then when other people walked thru the doors he would say , I can’t believe nobody In this town don’t work days & he doesn’t understand how the local people survive not working days. Customers coming in bothers him cuz he has to cash them out. I found this to be rude & unprofessional so I will no longer go to the rockwood mi store”

“There are 5 dollar general stores in my area. The store #18976 is terrible. Worst managed store I've ever seen. Every time I stop there,the day manager is sitting in her car,on her cell phone, smoking. There are several customers waiting in line, while one cashier is waiting on them,and vendor's waiting to be checked in. Tonight, I stopped and same thing with a different girl in charge. 17 people standing in line while the person in charge was out in her car smoking.The cashier was as upset as the customers,and I don't blame him. You need major management changes in this store.”
“A key holder refused to give me a refund for no reason and had an attitude after having to wait for her to actually help in the first place. Took her 20 minutes to help her cashier and she had an attitude. Her laziness should not be allowed.”
“There's just way to many issues with this company to even start naming them. Dollar General is the worst company ever they don't care about their customers or their employees. There's usually only one person working when I go and I feel really bad for them especially when i.see them.running the register, stocking shelves, putting milk deliveries away after a truck all while still maintaining the register. They can't even leave the front to use the bathroom since they are there alone. When are you guys at the corporate office going to start being smarter and not having one person there by themselves to do everything”
