“Purchased 15 polished chrome internal door handles to update from original brass. Order process was very quick and easy, delivery was delayed by a day, but received an email to confirm. Delivery arrived well packed and all handles and inner boxes were perfect. Handles are now on the doors and I have a happy wife.”

“Their courier doesn't deliver to my country but they personally went to the post office and sent it themselves. Other companys ,before i found this one, just told me no and wouldnt help.”

“Ordered letterbox and number for door. I got informed about them not being in stock right now and asked if I wanted them to order the hoods from elsewhere but agreed to wait. They were delivered as promised the week after. I still need to get them mounted though. But happy with the quality.”

“Ordered two items, the next morning had a email from Andrew saying unfortunately they were out of stock but there were two alternatives so had one delivered but it was not quite right for me.email Andrew about a return got all the information on the return the very same day. Total refund within three working days. Even though I didn’t end up getting the items I wanted the customer service was exceptional.”
