“I had a great experience shopping with this family-run door handle company. The order was very easy to place, and communication throughout was excellent. When their DPD courier let them down, they had the courtesy to inform me straight away that my delivery would be delayed, which I really appreciated and felt was great customer service. Because of this positive experience, I’m already in the process of placing another order. I would highly recommend them.”

“Great service from Chris and the team at Door2Door Handles. Required products well priced, and when there was a stock issue Chris let us know about an unexpected delay in supply. He then expedited supply the following day to site allowing us to work around and negate any programme delay. Would thoroughly recommend this supplier.”

“This was the second order for doorknobs and other accessories I have placed with Door2Door in recent weeks. The products are every bit as lovely and well made as they appear on D2D's website, as is the prompt and helpful service and delivery - even when I made a last minute change to my latest order. “Excellent service, Chris was very helpful when I was choosing fire rated handles and hinges. He completed a few basket options of potential items and emailed over without delay. I was on a tight deadline as this was already a Thursday lunchtime and the Carpenter was due on Monday to install. Despite technically missing the nextday shipping deadline for that day and with the items coming from two different depots, everything arrived safely the next day. Couldn't ask for more.”

“Our old door handles had broken, so we needed replacements. I found Door 2 Door Handles online, and they sent out new ones within just a couple of days of ordering. Communication was excellent throughout, and the handles arrived very well packaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others. Thank you very much.”
