I've been having trouble using the Nocutu, and learned from other reviews that, 1) I was using it incorrectly; and 2) there is a video that demonstrates its correct use. I didn't realize such a video existed and I no longer have the packaging, so how can I access the video now? Thanks for any help with this. PS: I absolutely love love LOVE all the other products I've bought from you. They are wonderful! SO glad they are available in the US!

The new measuring cup you have. Is it dishwasher safe?

Hi Randee. The Upcup is dishwasher safe. It is made out of Tritan, this has been tested over and over to be great in the dishwasher.

why does the icepo have wires in it-when I push the ice cream out it is in sections-i have to put it back together and refreeze

Thanks for reaching out. I`m more than happy to shed some light on the design of our Icepo! The two wires inside the Icepo`s scoop chamber are the dividing force, the actual 'cutters' that also pinch your ice cream to keep it together while you transfer the load simultaneously. If it were one whole piece, there would not be anything in place of the lines able to help cut into the ice cream other than the stainless steel blade, which would cause your ice cream to slide out as soon as it's been cut by your Icepo. I hope this has helped!

I find it difficult to get the scraper out of the cleana to sharpen it. Do you just foeceably pull it ou?
