“it helps me sleep at night and help me with my appette so i dont eat so much, i can tell im loseing weight my clothes are getting loose and im down to a size 14 instead of a 16.”

“Well not sure how it is working seeing how I just received it last week and it was supposed to be here the week before. It happens coming to Alaska. I do like the fact the tablets aren’t big but want to know if I should take 3 or 2 or 1? I thought I would start off with one a day to get my body adjusted to the larger dose but I find myself getting tired, even sleepy and not having the energy or push like most of these products have given me in the past. I am taking them with food and at least 30 minutes prior to a workout which is normally in the evenings. If I take 1 what is the dosage amount I am taking? Any recommendations would help too. I also want to keep taking it but I am in the military and seeings how you give a discount I don’t know how to set up monthly or every 2 months order using this discount. Can you help with this as well? Also I am having to go overseas for a year and wondered if you shipped to APOs or oversees addresses? Thank you Paul!”
