“My husband and I are both very happy with the 5-HTP Plus product. It has helped with smoothing out the highs and lows of mood and sleep. Recently I added EZ-Doze as I was still struggling a bit with sleep and they have definitely helped me with falling to sleep. I still wake after 4 hours and struggle to get back to sleep but hey I've gotten 4 hours of good sleep. I'm even dreaming.”
