Thanks for taking the time to raise your concerns with the Dr Golly Sleep Program 0-4 week course. Our team really appreciates input from parents to help us perfect our product. The program is designed to grow with your baby, with each bracket specifically designed to be applicable to your baby's current needs. The Newborn (0-4 week) course is set up to prepare parents for what to expect in the lead up to and first few weeks of their baby's life. Yes, it does include the Dr Golly Active Winding Technique but it also covers: - What is normal: vernix, head shape, hair, umbilical cord, tongue ties, bowel action - Awake times - Learning to read your baby's cues: hunger signs, tired signs - Settling techniques - Sleep hygiene and optimal environment - Reflux, vomiting and possets - Rashes and common newborn skin conditions - Breastfeeding: establishment, troubleshooting, management - Bottle feeding - Maternal nutrition - The role of the non-breastfeeding parent - Bathing - Safe swaddling - Tummy time - Early development milestones - Dummy and pacifier best practice - Parental wellbeing: setting yourselves up for success Please don't hesitate to get in contact with us via email at hello@drgolly.com.au with any suggestions. We are always very happy to take feedback, it really helps us improve our courses :) Kindest - The Dr Golly Sleep Program Team

I found the online learning hub and modules easy to work through and was able to take some good tips out. However, the suggested schedule for the Little Baby program has been quite difficult to implement for my 10 week old when we are out and about and would require you to be at home to get consistent naps in a desired sleep environment which is challenging, especially with other children.

Hi Lauren, I'm really sorry to hear this but eager to help and receptive to feedback if the course is missing essential material. Please send a note to hello@drgolly.com from the email you made your purchase with and the team will follow up with some questions to dig into what's going on and see if we can help. I'm really conscious as a father of 3 the complexity of managing multiple routines - it's full on. The New Sibling supplement has lots of tips and hints for helping with this, although it can't give you two sets of hands which is sometimes what you need! https://drgolly.com/new-sibling-sleep-program-supplement (it's comes with the full sleep bundle). Hoping we can help. Dr Golly.

We learnt lots of new things and felt empowered to try new things. However, at times, the course felt prescriptive and did not fully consider the individuality of each child which made us feel like were “failing” at achieving the suggested activities.

Hi there, this is the exact opposite to the intention of the program - core to my philosophy is every family and baby is different, and each family needs to find what works for them. I never want parents to feel like they are failing and I'm sorry to hear this is how you felt. We're here to help. Please send a note to hello@drgolly.com from the email you made your purchase with and the team we'll follow up with some questions. I'm incredibly receptive to feedback, so any language on content you think might be relevant to increase the message of the individuality of each child/baby send it through. Kind Regards, Dr Golly.

Dr Golly has done well to educate the masses on sleep from a paediatric viewpoint. The course was realistic and easy to follow thanks to Dr Gollys knowledge. Thanks

Burping technique is wonderful! Been following routine and making sure my daughter doesn’t get over tired. But no matter what we do in the afternoons she isn’t settled and won’t go down

It’s very informative and covers a range of topics. It’s a bit confusing to call it a ‘sleep course’, it’s more of a general overview for newborns. It’s also a little repetitive, and there is an absence of helpful resources that you can use as quick reference guides

I tried following this, I did both method 1 and 2 but had no luck .. 2 exhausting weeks and no luck with my 9 month old (night time only) :( she still continues to wake about 3-4 times and won’t settle unless I breast feed her. The day time settling has worked well though I follow the 9.30am sleep for 30-45mins then again 1pm for 1.5-2 hours but we are struggling with the night I found there wasn’t enough info on what to do for the night time settling
