I had been very impressed with the original version of this Berghaus product (which I still own and use). Unfortunately, the changes made to this version have not been for the better, with loss of some stowage options, bulkier extendible handle (reducing internal storage) and loss of ability to configure as a rucksack for carrying. I returned this product to e-outdoor, for a refund. Both the process of delivery and return were handled efficiently by them, as was the processing of the refund.”
