“It was fast and efficient up to when Royal Mail became involved then the strike hit so the 24hr tracked came whilst I was on holiday. I appreciate it was not your fault otherwise I would have scored 5”
“My ordered goods arrived very quickly but unfortunately the manufacture of the item seems to have been poor - not really the fault of the retailer. I returned the item (using the recommended method) and soon received a refund but postage costs were not included in the refund. I queried this with e-outdoor sales (by email) explaining that the goods were faulty and after a short delay and a phone call (they called me) all inbound and outbound postage costs were then refunded.”

“The product is the expected quality from Rab. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. If product was in stock, I would have expected it to arrive within the time given. I had a message to say it would be delivered soon; no time slot. It arrived when I was out (11.59 am) on Friday 1st July, and stated it was at my local post office. (Parcel Force). I went to the post office that afternoon (Friday 1/7)but it was not there I went down at 9am on Saturday 2/7 morning but it was not there. I was told it would now be Monday which took it outside the expected delivery schedule. I asked the counter assistant to contact Parcel Force in Shrewsbury. I was contacted by Royal Mail and given a two hour time slot for Monday 4th July. I would be reluctant to use this company again, purely on the delivery problems.”

“Well I think this review is for a Rab downpour eco coat. I wouldn't know because the review request doesn't say and I bought lots of camping stuff from different vendors. The coat is great and the delivery was OK. I think I used the economy option so it took 3 days ish. The review request is for a purchase I made three weeks ago. That's too long to expect me to remember precise details. Trust pilot need to act quicker. Satisfied with purchase, Trust pilot, not so much.”
“Ordered a rucksack at a great price. Quick despatch. Delivery delayed by Royal Mail, contacted e-outdoor & they responded very quickly & got it sorted. Packaging could have been a bit more substantial. Looks like the plastic bag it was in had been against something very hot as it had melted. Fortunately contents appear undamaged.”
