I did however have a problem with Royal Mail.
I placed a v large order for all the family as we were going 300 miles away for the week, this was on. Thursday & we were leaving on the Sunday.
Royal Mail misdirection of the order to Wales meant that it wasn’t posted until the Monday.
Luckily, we had someone pet sitting to collect it.
Otherwise, E-Cigarette Direct is perfect in every way.”

“Such a simple ordering process, free delivery on my orders always and arrives within 2 days. Don’t get my vape juices anywhere else. A couple of times my order hasn’t been quite right and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.
My only criticism is not being able to pay by Apple Pay or being able to save card details but just a minor annoyance”
