“EF Winslow has been to our place, 3 Tanglewood Drive in West Yarmouth, a number of times. I have always been happy with the people on the phone, the workers who have come, and with the work done. Additionally, I usually ask workers how they like their company. EF Winslow people have ALL answered that they liked working for your company. That says A LOT about EF Winslow. Thank you!”

“The technician Mark was excellent. He explained the issue and what was needed to fix it. After getting the part he repaired the furnace and cleaned it up after he was done. I was very pleased with the service.”

“Communication is the key for any successful service call. The service tech, Jake came in a timely basis and immediately determined what the issue was. He explained what needed to be done and completed the task at hand. My experience with Winslow over the years has been and remains, that the polite and courteous manner their field staff maintains provides reassurance that what needs to e done, is done so as a customer it is one less thing I need to worry about. From a personal standpoint, that is necessary. The office staff also communicates which is necessary and consistent with what's required, that the service needed is provided.”

“Requested service due to a clogged drain. Rob called and arrived in the time window that was indicated. He conferred with me and assessed the problem. He then proceeded to address the problem keeping me informed as to what actions he was taking. The problem was resolved and Rob advised that though all piping was up to standards, if the problem occurred again he had filed notes as to a remedial action that may be taken to forestall future problems if it again becomes necessary. Rob was polite and professional.”
