It was time for our annual generator check up, but we noticed a few weeks earlier that it was not running its test cycles. Kevin came and chaecked it out….solar panels had rece been installed and the geo was not toluene’s back on after the installation. Kevin checked it all out, made sure it was just fine and that was that, except…..usually the test was on Wednesday, but Wednesday came and no test. Hurricane Lee looking as though it might impact us….Winslow office was happy to contact Kevin about a new test time. He called us directly to let us know the new test day and time….unfortunately he did not leave a voice mail so we had to call the office once again. All was well, the message was delivered to the office and thus to us. We were relieved and MOST appreciative! Especially just a day or two before Lee was expected! A great team!

We are certainly glad that Kevin was able to come and help us with our annual generator check up, and that the office was proactive in changing the time with Kevin to make sure the test was done before the hurricane. We really appreciate their help and customer service in this situation!

Generally get there when needed for non emergencies. Since I ask for service remotely it would be extremely helpful to get an email summarizing the diagnosis and fix

When I first called with a clogged toilet (that we had plunged and snaked already) I was told that the problem usually is a full septic system, and they didn't do that. So I did call a local septic guy, who came right out and confirmed that the septic wasn't the problem. I called E. F. Winslow back, updated them, and they sent someone out the next day; problem solved. Thanks.

I thought all went well with the physical replacement of a bathroom faucet. However, I was very disappointed in the fact that I was not given an estimate of what to expect this service to cost. After receipt of the bill, I called billing, with the sole purpose of expressing my disappointment with not having received an estimate. My call was met with an assumption that I was calling to dispute the bill (which I was NOT). I had to explain TWICE, that the purpose of my call was to provide FEEDBACK. Disappointing.

Once the tech was able to come to our house, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fix with a quick refrigerant boost. The downside was the wait. The estimated eait time between my A/C going kaput and the first available tech was a week- and this was considered to be the Emergency List. Sadly, the initial wait time was met, so I had to deal with a disappointed tenant for a week.

The young man that came out was very nice. He explained everything. I was surprised to get the bill. I was quoted $179 and it was for $224. All he did was take a few pictures. He did say one rod was was a bit out of the ground and took about three swings of a mallet to sink it into the ground. He was probably there 20 minutes.

I was able the communicate over the phone to help resolve an issue with my generator. The invoice I received for work that was done on a related generator matter did not reflect the that I was charged for a yearly service call. The charge was explained later when I made a call to EF Winslow.

the tech was on time, courteous and did the work that needed to be done the questions below regarding delivery are not relevant I called this morning asked for the hourly rate that Winslow charges. please text me the answer at 508-085-9728
