Hi Hugo, Thank you for your review and feedback. Our packaging indeed has a protective layer on the inside. We are obliged to do so because of food safety regulations. This is to protect the product from influences from outside and to protect the product from going rancid. Compared to other food supplement companies we use up to 80% less plastic and shipping/storage space. which makes it a far better and sustainable option. We are constantly working to improve and have recently also removed the measuring scope from our protein powders. Kind regards, Team Ekopura
